I - Registration and Features

1. Registration allows access to services and functionality exclusively for registered wholesale customers.
2. Wholesale customer shall apply for registration by contacting their respective account manager.
3. After registration being accepted by NOS, access shall be provided to the wholesale customer and the wholesale customer shall select an access code (Password) to access the web site, that ensures legitimacy and confidentiality of access, and shall read and accept the provisions of the present terms and conditions.
4. Wholesale customer assumes full responsibility for the veracity, accuracy, up-to-date and authenticity of the data provided in the registration application.
5. Using this web site wholesale customer may access information on the services purchased to NOS.
6. Wholesale customer is responsible for any use which is made of all content and data available on the web site and shall warrant that only uses the web site for lawful purposes.

II - Web Site Access

1. The wholesale customer’s Password is non-transferable; wholesale customer shall not permit its use by any third parties and shall make an exclusively personal use of the Password, assuming all risks associated with any disclosure of the Password.
2. The operations carried using the wholesale customer Password, shall be deemed made by the wholesale customer, and NOS shall have no responsibility for any possible misuse or fraudulent use of the Password.
3. NOS cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through the web site.
4. NOS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. Wholesale customer is responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions from time to time. The use of the web site by the wholesale customer constitutes wholesale customer agreement to the revised terms and conditions.
5. NOS may, at any time and without notice, suspend or terminate the wholesale customer access to the web site, without incurring any liability thereof.

III -Data Privacy

1. NOS shall keep a register of the wholesale customer access and of any information provided by wholesale customer, in order to clarify any issues which may arise between the parties, or to be used within any competent authorities in the event of any dispute.
2. The wholesale customer\'s personal data will be processed and stored by electronic means, by NOS, in order to be used in the framework of the business relationship with the wholesale customer in accordance with the applicable law.
3. Wholesale customer is guaranteed with access to their personal data, their correction or deletion in accordance with applicable law.

1. The information contained within this web site is the property of NOS Wholesale, S.A. NOS, NOS logos, and product and service names are trademarks of NOS. All rights, save as expressly granted, are reserved.

V - Liability

1. Not withstanding the provisions of these terms and conditions, as the operations offered by NOS through open network, are subject to interference, interruptions, disconnections or other anomalies, in particular as a result of faults, overloads, or other contingencies, regarding which NOS has no control, the wholesale customer expressly acknowledges that no liability can be attributed to NOS in respect of any damages which, directly or indirectly, may be incurred by the wholesale customer as a result of such events.
2. Wholesale customer agrees to indemnify NOS and not to hold NOS liable for the result of wholesale customer actions or omissions based on information and data contained herein.

VI - Law and Jurisdiction

1. Any and all matters related to this web site are governed by the Portuguese Law and Lisbon courts.

VII - Data Precision

1. This application uses Customer inputs, such as geographical and product related information.
2. The quality of the outputs will depend upon accuracy of the information provided by Customer and additional product customization defined by Customer.
3. By using this application, Customer accepts that inaccurate information may lead to incorrect and unenforceable results and therefore NOS will not commit to an output resulting from any such inaccurate information.
4. NOS Wholesale Data Account Manager should be contacted for further clarification and for the validation of quotes.
5. Wholesale Integrated Tool uses geographical layers for price calculation returning an output for valid addresses/coordinates which will be given as firm quotes.
   The following situations should not be submitted to this tool and NOS Account Manager should be contacted for presenting a commercial proposal:
   
   - Requests to Data centers and Submarine Cable Landing Stations facilities;
   - Requests for redundancy solution or specific routes;
   - Requests to non-edified areas.
